We build joist coaters.
Vac-U-Paint has a U.S. Patent on our joist coating process. Our process significantly reduces the amount of paint drips associated with this type of painting. Compared to dipping our coater is less expensive to operate, more efficient and cleaner. Paint savings is approximately a 2 to 1 ratio per ton over dipping. Our coater ELIMINATES dip tanks and is capable of coating in two or more colors.
